The directors of the International | Mercantile Marine Company have ■ approved of the proposed sale of the company's English tonnage to a i British syndicate. The board decided to call a special meeting of : stockholders on June 16 to act on the ; offer. I The sale will include 85 ships of 85,300 tons, including the Olympic, .Adriatic, and Baltic, 44 large Leyi land Line freighters, and all other assets of six British subsidiary companies. The price approximates £26,000,000.
