PROPERTY SALES. An important sale of citj properties was hold at Messrs. Smith and Halcombe'a sale roomß, Customs Street, on Thursday. There was a large attendance, and bidding was fairly brisk. A property, situated at No. 15, . Sentinel Road, Ponsonby waterside, of seven rooms, and section 88ft by 170 ft, was sold ( , f or £1250, and a property situated at 43, ■ Ardmore Road, Heme Bay, containing house I of five rooms, with section of land, for £675.
