The Solicitor-General, giving evidence before the Senate Propaganda Committee, said the I.W.W. and the Bolsheviks and anarchists were perfecting an amalgamation of forces in the United States with the object of overthrowing the Government by means of a revolution, and its replacement by a Bolshevik Republic. Propaganda on a tremendous scale was continuing. t
