EGG-LAYING COMPETITION.
THIRTY-SECOND WEEK. * He thirty-second week of the second egg. laying competition at Albany, , under the control of the Auckland Poultrr-kecpers' Association, concluded on Bsturdiy last. There was a sharp decline in the number of eggs gathered, several of the pens having ytry poor totals tor the week. Broodiness is prevalent/among the, heavy breeds, although they are laying the better of the two sections, A total of 807 eggs were gathered for the week, making a grand total' of 27,617.
