Dr. William Bey, of Greytowii, died of influenza on Thursday.
Captain Broadhouse, Government surveyor uf ships at Wellington, is seriously ill with influenza.
The Hon. W. D 3. Mac Donald, Minister for Agriculture, is confined to his room with influenza.
Mr. H. D. Heather, chairman of the Auckland Barbour Board, is confined to his room by a second attack of influenza.
Mr. Bert Keys, formerly secretary of the Nsw Zealand Newspaper Proprietors' Association, has died from infhiensa at Palmerston North.
Dr. H. W. Clean', Roman Catholio Bishop of Auckland, contracted influenza on Saturday. He is not seriously ill. and last evening was imported to be improving.
Dr. R. H. Makgill, who has been performing military duty, has rejoined the Health Department, and will act as district health officer in Wellington during tin absence through illness of Dr. M. R. Witt. Dr. Make-ill has aso been appointed Acting-Deputy Chief Health O/licer.
