A Bavarian movement for shifting the centre of the Empire to Munich is taking definite shape. The Social Democrats couple with it a fiery demand for the punishment of the Kaiser and Ludendorff. There is a notable movement in the Bavarian Universities for the abdication, of the Kaiser and the Crown Prince, and a reduction of Prussia's influence in the Federal Council. Australian and N.Z.
