German troops are arriving from Austria to maintain order. The demonstrators aro parading the streets cheering for a republic. Workers' organisations and feminist groups throughout Germany are demanding immediate peace. The Frankfort Gazette declares that the general capitulation of the Ausfcro-Hungarian armies must be expected, and also the allied occupation of the Danube territories. Times. (Received 7.46 p.m.} AMSTERDAM, Oct. 30. The Germans and Germa l-Austrians are raising a National Guard throughout Germany and Aus ria.
