At the Post and Telegraph Conference, still in session, meet of the time was (riven to consideration of causes of dissatisfaction in "the service. The following resolution was passed"That this conference is of opinion that all men receiving less than £4 weekly are not getting a living wage, and considers the time has arrived when a basis for a living wage should be established by Parliament, which shall bo a minimum for male workers who have completed their. training; thereafter increases should be made in accordance with a worker's skill or workmanship which will adequfetcfy fix his higher value. Further there nhould be no limit to the wage of any worker provided he gives an adequate return."
