The following sales were transacted on the Stock Exchange yesterdayWaihi at £2 4s 3d, £2 4s 6d, and £2 4s 9d, TaJisman Consolidated at 10s 3d, Waihi Grand Junction at 15s 6d, Huddart-Parker at. £2 03 3d, Milne and Choyce at £1 12s, Union Oil. Soap, and Candle at £1 10s, and Wilsons New Zealand Portland Cement at 15s 7d and 15s 9d. P. and 0. Shipping buyers firmed to £415. Sellers of New Zealand Insurance fumed to £11 10s. Waihi sellers firmed to £2 ss, and buyers to £2 4s 6d. This rise and the sudden demand on the part of buyers is attributed to the better war outlook.
