WAR ON HOSPITAL SHIPS,
LLANDOVERY CASTLE OUTRAGE. LONDON. July 8. Reuteii's correspondent is authoritatively informed that the outrage on the Llandovery Castle, which was the fourth hospital ship to bo submarined in 1918, was deliberate and premeditated, consequent upon orders given I submarine commanders by the superior German authority. It has been alleged that eight flying officers were on board, but the allegation is without foundation, and could have easily been tested by exercising tbo right of search. There is no doubt that the submarine endeavoured to slaughter all the witnesses of the crime, and it is clear the British have to face a settled plan of the Gorman High Command to destroy hospital ships as. far as possible.
