NEW ORANGE LODGE.

Loyal Orange Lodge No. 86, Independence, Devonport, was formally opened on Saturday afternoon by District Grandmaster J. S. Dickson. About sixty visitors were present, and sixteen new members were initiated. The initiation ceremony was performed by officers of L.O.L. No. 70. The proceedings concluded with a social.
