INTERPRETATION OF A WILL

Judgment was given by Mr. Justice Cooper on Saturday, in a case arising out oi an originating summons, in whioh Josephine Frances Pullen (Mr. Reed, K. 0., and Mr, Anderson) sought an interpretation of her late husband's will and a pencilled codicil (Mr. Hall Skelton for the executors). His Honor adjudged that Mrs. Pullen took under the will a vested estate in full, in a property at Vinetown, Whangarei, and that in the "remainder" of.tho testator's estate she acquired a life interest only. In both cases the bequest was subject to forfeiture if she married again.
