DUMA MEMBERS ARRESTED
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) SAN FRANCISCO. July 4. Advices from Washington state that Mr. D. R. Francis, American Ambassador to Petrograd, reports that members of the Duma have been arrested at Archangel by order of the Soviet Government. Those arrested have been taken to Moscow.
