CHANNEL TUNNEL SCHEME
CONSTRUCTION FAVOURED. (Received 10.5 p.m.) Eeuter. LONDON, July 4. The. International Parliamentary and Commercial Conference unanimously carried a resolution in favour of the construction of the tunnel under the English Channel as soon as possible.
