AUSTRIAN PEACE INTRIGUE
NO RESPONSE IN FRANCE. A. and N.Z. PARIS, May 9. The Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Deputies considered the Austrian documents and other evidence regarding peace conversations, and decided that they never at any time afforded opportunity for the conclusion of a peace acceptable to France or her allies.
