PARIS REGULATIONS. DEATHS IN A PANIC. A. and N.Z. PARIS. Mar. 14. Twonty-nine women and 30 children wcro killed in the tube panic during tho recent aeroplane raid. The theatres aro not allowed to hold performances in the evening unless air shelters are available near by. The authorities are overhauling all the arrangements for combating air raids.
