ARRIVAL IN FRANCE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Rccd. 11.5 p.m.) PARIS, Mar. 12. The United States Secretary for War, Mr. N. D. Baker, has arrived aboard a cruiser, which formed part of the convoy of 10,000 troops. A false submarine alarm resulted in some firing.
