WAR-TIME RESTRICTIONS. A. and N.Z. OTTAWA. Mar. 12. Canada virtually goes "dry" from April 1 for the continuance of the war and for a year after peace is signed, with tho exception of the provinces already piovidod with legislation preventing the salo of alcoholic liquors.
