NO RATIONS FOR CANADA.
VANCOUVER. Feb. 5. After investigating the questionable value of the " listless " days system inaugurated in the United States, the Canadian Fuel Controller has decided not to impose any restrictions on Canadian industries. The Food Controller has decided against any scheme of compulsory rationing.
