ANTI-CONSCRIPTION MOVE.
HOSTILITY u/ MELBOURNE. A. and N.Z. MELBOURNE. Nov. 14.
A largely-attended meeting held last night enthusiastically endorsed the policy of uncompromising hostility to conscription, and pledged its support to the movement inaugurated by Mr. F. C. Tudor, formerly Minister for Customs, to reject the proposal at the referendum.
Mr. Joseph Cook, Minister for the Navy, announces that there is ample shipping transport available for all troops raised.
