AUCKLAND: CUSTOMS DUTIES;, FIGURES FOR NINE MONTHS. The Customs duties collected at the Port of Auckland during September amounted ' to £50,922, & -compared with £82,072 >; for September last year— decrease of | £31,150. The.beer duty collected last'; month totalled £5418, an against £2325 : in September, 1916- increase of £1093. The value of "silver exported was £1, as against £8600 in September last year-a decrease of £8599.
