ARMY COURT AS TRIBUNAL. (Received 11 p.m.) LONDON. July 11.

Mr. Bonar Law announced in the House of Commons that those impugned by the report of the Mesopotamia Commission would be tried by an Army Court. All officers concerned in the inquiry had ceased to exercise any functions in connection with the Government.
