AGREEMENT WITH SWEDEN FREE MOVEMENT OF SHIPPING I Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received 10,30 p.m.) LONDON, June 18. An announcement was made in the House of Commons by Lord Robert Cecil, Minister in Charge of the Blockade, that an arrangement had been concluded with Sweden to allow vessels freely to leave the Baltic. ■ . ■
