WARNING BY CONTROLLER. CHARTERS NOT GUARANTEED (Received 8.50 p.m.) Renter. LONDON, Juno 13. A warning has been issued by the Minister in Charge of Shipping Control, Sir Joseph Maelay, to those arranging to charter British Vessels after the war that he is unable to give an assurance that the national requirements 'will permit such arrangements.
