m ■ THIRTEEN FIT VOLUNTEERS, SEVEN OFFER AT STATION. Thk recruiting figures for yesterday were the best that have been recorded for some time. Including four volunteers -who wore ; attested at the city recruiting station during the evening, 13 voluntary recruits were registered for the day.
