LOSS OF AMERICAN VESSEL. TWENTY-ONE MEN MISSTNG. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. 3 (Received 1.30 a.m.) ROTTERDAM, March 22. The American steamer Healdton was torpedoed' without warning. A second boat has been picked up. Twenty-one members of the crew are missing. The Healdton was owned by the Standard Oil Company, and was registered at Bayanne, New Jersey. The vessel carried petroleum in bulk.
