AEMED SHIPS NOT TO ENTER Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received 1.15 a.m.) LONDON, March 23. It is reported that Holland has refused to comply with the request from the United States that she should admit American armed merchantmen into Dutch ports. | It is assumed, therefore, that British and American shipping is entirely debarred from entering Dutch ports. The newspaper Handelsblad suggests that Britain and America will certainly regard this as an unfriendly act.
