POSITION IN BRITAIN. \ LIMITED DIET SUGGESTED. (Received 6.5 p.m.) Times. LONDON, Feb. 18. The shortage of potatoes is the first sign of lack of food in Britain. Statisticians are suggesting that the consumption of potatoes should be limited.
