WOMEN IN FACTORIES.
A HIGH PERCENTAGE. NEW MUNITIONS CONTRACTS A. and N.Z. Cable. LONDON, Jan. 8. The new munitions contracts stipulate that factories supplying 4iin shells and under must employ 90 per cent, of women, while 80 per cent, of women must be employed in 'flaking the largest shells.
