EFFECTS OF BOMBARDMENT ——— ! A BELGIAN REPORT. A. and N.Z. Cable. AMSTERDAM, Jan. 8. The newspaper Echo de Beige asserts that, despite bombardments, the Zeebrugge harbour works are intact, and there is a great number of submarines and torpedo-boate in the harbour practically undamaged.
