GERMANY WEAKENED.
ROUMANIAN ADVENTURE AN AMERICAN VIEW. (Received 12.5 a.m.) Router. VANCOUVER. Dec. 8. The special war correspondent of the New York Tribune, describing the fall of Bucharest, say* Germany is weaker in military strength than before th invasion of Roumania, but the food problem is less acute. There will hr> no peace before a year, and probably not till longer. Mr. 1"• Gourde!, a correspondent who was recently at the front, says that after the war Britain will have the largest and best equipped army in Europe. Next spring her output of n actions will be quadrupled.
