RECRUITING CAMPAIGN.
-*. ONLY FIVE YESTERDAY. THREE PASS THE DOCTOR. Recruiting was slack at tho city station yesterday, when only five men enrolled. I Of that number three were accepted for i service and two were deferred. Four recruits who were deferred at flie first ex- : amination were accepted yesterday.
