BREAKING RESISTANCE.
ANOTHER TOWN OCCUPIED. (Received 1.39 a.m.) Times. ' LONDON. September 18. Mr. Braun, the Tiroes correspondent at the Roumanian headquarters, writing on Sunday, says the Roumanians continue to advance in Transylvania, breaking the Austrian and German resistance. They occupied Fogoras, taking 800 prisoners.
