The Defence Department yesterday issued tho following hospital and progress report :—

Dangerously ill: J. A. Bower, W. Nicholson.

Previously reported seriously ill, now dangerously ill: Lance-Corporal J. Clark. Previously reported dangerously ill now seriously ill; M. Duggan, W. P.Reynold?.

Out of danger; A. J. Mitchell, J. IS, Morgan.

Still dangerously ill. but slightly inv proved: I'. G. Mcknight.

Dangerously ill from wounds: A. Sutherland. v

Condition serious: W. Gibson.
