DEATHS FROM MENINGITIS.
TWO OCCUR IN HOSPITAL.

WELLINGTON, Tuesday.
Tho.J)efenee Department reports that Private 3ames H. Watson died in the Masterlon civil hospital on Monday evening from cerebrospinal meningitis. His next of kin is Private A. Watson, a brother, who is a roombor of the twentyfirst reinforcements. Deceased was a member of the Trentham details. -
Another death from cerebrospinal meningitis occurred at Featherston Military Hospital this morning, the patient being Privato Harry Percival Coad, of the twentieth mounted lilies. Hi» next of kin is his mother, Mrs. M. Z. Coad, of To Roti, Hawcra.
