IMMIGRATION BILL.
PRESIDENTIAL VETO. A. and N.Z. Cable. WASHINGTON. Aug. 23. The Senate has dropped the Immigration Restriction Bill, which proposed to exclude Japanese coolies, owing to the President's threat to veto the measure.
