"THE MASTER ASSASSIN."
KAISER'S PROPER PLACE.
THE DOCK OF INFAMY.
DOOM OF HOHENZOLLERNS.
Aust. and N.Z. Cable. PARIS. August 4.
M. Joseph Reinach, in an article in the Figaro, launches a phrase which will probably become the watchword of the allies, "Away with the Hohenzollerns." The writer says: We must abolish the German militarism, the soul of which is the House of the Hohenzollerns, with its feudal castles and birds of prey.
" The war is the personal work of the Kaiser," says M. Reinach. "He is a feudal junker, and he willed itThe Kaiser's place is the dock of infamy. He is the master assassin. The allies will never agree to make a treaty with the Kaiser nor the members of the Hohenzollern House."
