FOUND DEAD IN SHOP.
■ .o. BOOTMAKER'S SUDDEN END. A Bootmaker, Mr. John Heather, of 74, Richmond Road, Grey Lynn, was found dead behind his counter on Saturday shortly after noon. The discovery was made by Mr. James Currey Doull, of Pon-t-onby. He was engaged upon his milk round, and at 12.25 p.m. entered the deceased's shop, where he found Mr. .. Heather prostrate behind the counter. Apparently death had taken place a. few minutes before his arrival. The deceased about 50 years of age, and he. lived alone. On Saturday morning he entered , the chemist's shop of Mr. R. Wiles, Pon sonby Road, complaining of being unwell, and he purchased some medicine. It is -believed that death was due to heart fc»lure.
