QUESTION OF SUCCESSOR. PROBABLY LLOYD GEORGE. (Received June 18. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. JUNE 17. The general impression is that Mr. Lloyd George will succeed the late Earl Kitchener as Secretary for War, and that probably there will be another Minister for Munitions appointed, not necessarily from the Cabinet. The new Minister will be closely associated with the Secretary for War.
