BOY'S MISCHIEVOUS ACT.

The mischievous act of a boy of ten, who on May 19 found a pot of tar while on tiis way from school, and smeared a postbox, was tite cause of the offender's appearance before Mr. F. V. Frazer, 6.M., in the Juvenile Court, on Saturday morning. It was stated the boy had received a thrashing from his father. The magistrate admonished the boy and discharged him.
