{WHOLESALE V. RETAIL GROCERS. ..Th o closing match of the season, but not ine least enjoyable, between members of the wholesale and retail grocery trade, was played on Wednesday. The several heads were keenly and the result proved the superiority of the retailors, who won by a margin of 27 in a five-rink match. The Kame was played at the Mount Albert green, at the invitation of Mr. A. W. The Dominion Road Bowling Club will hold a " Russian , Day 1 ' to-morrow to mark the closing of •' the . summer season.
