The official assignee was advised yesterday that Ivan Kunack, restaurant-keeper, of Auckland, had been adjudged bankrupt, A schedule filed by the debtor showed moneys due to unsecured creditors amounting to £107 10s 4d, ' The assets were sot down as follows Proceeds of salo of furniture, £24 lis 5d / cash in hand, £1 12s 3d, leaving an apparent deficiency of £81 6s Bd.
