ATTITUDE TO REVOLT.
NOT A REBEL.
London, December 8. I Reuter's Agency cables a correction to General Botha's speech published yesterday. What the Premier of South Africa said was that he satisfied that General Hertzog in his heart disapproved of the recent rebellion, and it was therefore all the more serious that he had not used his Influence to prevent it.
