[BY TELEGRAPH. PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Gisborne, Saturday. The Gieborne Chamber of Commerce, in view of frequent irregularities in steamer communication, leaving Gisborne occasionally without passenger service for a week, passed a resolution -which will be forwarded to the Huddart-Parker and Union Companies.
