A correspondent reports that the Germans, acting in conjunction with Enver Pasha, Minister for War, and Talaat Bey, Minister for the Interior, are prepared to depose ,the Sultan and exile Zia Ed-din? Effendi, his eldest son, because they are anti-German. The Old Turk Party oppose the suggestion.
