TREATY OBLIGATIONS OF GREECE TO SERVIA.
MARTIAL LAW AND CONTROL OF THE RAILWAYS.

The King and the Premier, M. Venizelos, are agreed as to the steps necessary to meet the Balkans situation, including the maintenance of the treaty obligations of Greece to Servia. A decree has been promulgated convoking the Chamber for Wednesday to* introduce martial law, give the Government control of the railways, and prohibit the transport of merchandise.
The National Bank of Greece will deposit £14,000.000 sterling for the mobilisation. The announcement of the mobilisation was everywhere received enthusiastically. All Greek steamer* have been requisitioned
