ONE-TREE HILL DOMAIN.

♦ A special meeting of the One-tree Hill Domain Board was held on Wednesday afternoon to consider tenders for leasing the domain. There were present: Sir G. M. O'Rorke, in the chair, and Messrs. A. S. Bankart, T. E. Hayr, and J. Rowe. The tender of Mr. T. R. GQI, at £107 per annum, for grazing sheep only, was accepted, for a period of three years. The Maungakiekie Golf Club's offer to renew their lease for another year on the same terms and conditions was accepted.
