ORCHARDS FOR SOLDIERS.
SUGGESTION FROM NELSON. [BY TELEGBAPn. —J-BESS ASSOCIATION'.] Nelson*. Wednesday. The secretary of the Nelson Advancement Society has written to the Sick and Wounded Fund Committee, urging that a national conference be held, and that the Government consider provision of orchards for returned soldiers in the Nelson district. The society points out the great results possible from a comparatively small expenditure of capital.
