Av exhibition was recently opened at Dresden of " war atrocities." showing theway in which the popularity of German . leaders is exploited for trade purposes. As might be expected. Marshal von Hindenburg is the chief victim. His portrait appears on chocolate boxes, ash trays, mustard pots, pocket handkerchiefs, and even doormats. The Emperor _ and the Crown Prince also receive a certain amount of attention, and shirts and many other articles are ornamented with Iron Crosses.^
