The cases arising out of the police raid on the offices of the Labour Leader and the headquarters of the Independent Labour Party, on August 18, have been opened at the Mansion House, against- Francis Johnson, secretary of the Independent Labour Party, and others. The Crown seeks an order for the destruction of the pamphlets seized by the police. The cases -were heard in camera and adjourned. •
